If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
2. Damaged Items in Shipping
We take great care in packing your items; however, once the package leaves our facility, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping. Sumana Burman Fine Art is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
3. Lost Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate. Unfortunately, Sumana Burman Fine Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
