Shipping Policy
Please note that minor colour variation may occur due to differences in screens, devices, and display settings. Every effort is made to present the artworks as accurately as possible.
Original artworks are shipped internationally to selected countries through DHL Express or another suitable premium international courier service.
Unless otherwise stated, artworks are sold and shipped as rolled canvas. Any framed images shown on the website are for presentation and reference only and do not imply that framing is included.
Shipping is currently available to selected countries. Where framed shipping is offered, additional packing, handling, and freight charges will apply. Final artwork prices and shipping charges may vary depending on destination, carrier rates, insurance, packaging requirements, customs-related handling, and prevailing market conditions at the time of dispatch.
Prices may include shipping where stated, but do not include import duties, VAT, customs fees, taxes, or any other destination-country charges. These charges, where applicable, are solely the buyer’s responsibility.
Orders are typically packed within 5 working days and dispatched within 7 working days from receipt of the order, subject to operational conditions and courier timelines.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid import duties or taxes, an incorrect or incomplete buyer address, or failure by the buyer to complete customs clearance requirements, the order will not be refunded. Any resulting return shipping, storage, customs, duty, tax, or handling charges shall be borne by the buyer.
Commissions
If one is interested, they are requested to fill up the Form. Filling in the form does not ensure that commission shall be accepted. The message shall be reverted within a span of 3-5 working days.

Commissioned artworks are secured by a 20% non-refundable deposit. By paying the deposit, the buyer confirms commitment to proceed with the commission under the agreed terms.
The process begins with image selection with preferred colour composition. Post agreement, the non refundable deposit is paid a month before the start of the project. The Artist works on large projects and the pricing depends on the intricacy of the work. Tenure of completion shall depend on the chosen subject. The remaining payment is to be made post artwork completion and before courier.
The most basic commission piece is of 3ft *3ft. Any VAT, taxes and duties are to be paid by the buyer.
If the buyer decides not to proceed after work has commenced, the deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance will not be due unless otherwise agreed, and the artist reserves the right to complete, retain, exhibit, or sell the finished artwork elsewhere.
