1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
Orders are accepted and shipped only to selected countries, subject to destination-specific feasibility and operational availability at the time of order.
2. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate when placing your order. Sumana Burman Fine Art is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, losses, or additional charges arising from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the buyer.
3. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Clearance
Buyers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage charges, or any other destination-country charges applicable to the shipment. Buyers are also solely responsible for completing any customs clearance requirements at destination.
4. Refused, Abandoned, or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid import duties or taxes, an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, or the buyer’s failure to complete customs clearance requirements at destination, the order will not be refunded. Any return shipping, storage, customs, duty, tax, or handling charges arising from such refusal, abandonment, or failed clearance are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
Once the artwork has been dispatched, responsibility for transit handling lies with the shipping carrier. If a package arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but not received, the buyer must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate any claim or investigation.
All artworks are professionly packed but once the package leaves our facility, we are not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping. Sumana Burman Fine Art is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
